I'm Nicole Blonder - integrative health coach and 25-year music industry veteran. I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis early in my career and spent years trying to manage it before health coaching finally made the real difference. That led me to get certified and eventually build my own coaching practice, while also continuing the work I love. I know firsthand what it means to build a demanding career while fighting for your health.
