Music was one of my first loves. I started interning at record labels right out of high school, served as music director and DJ at my college radio station, and landed my first full-time music industry role at Mute Records right after I graduated. I stayed for 17 years, working with artists like Moby, M83, New Order, Erasure, and Goldfrapp, building a career I genuinely loved.

What few folks knew was that I was also navigating a chronic illness. I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis right as I started my first job, and for years it felt like silent suffering. I was compensating in ways that often made things worse, feeling lost about what was driving my symptoms, and slowly piecing together how much stress, nutrition, and lifestyle were all connected in ways nobody had explained to me.

In 2010 I discovered health coaching, and everything shifted. For the first time I had a partner, a navigator, and a real container to slow down and look at what was working and what wasn't. I built momentum. I learned to advocate for my own needs without shame. I put my disease into remission. And in 2013, while still working full time, I got certified as a coach myself.

When I went freelance in 2017, I finally had the space to bring these two worlds together. In 2019 I co-founded Equilibrium, an organization dedicated to wellness in the music industry. It was the beginning of building something I'd been moving toward for years.

Today I run my own coaching practice, working with driven people in music, entertainment, and beyond who are navigating stress, burnout, and chronic health challenges - and who are ready to stop managing and start actually feeling better.

My Approach

My work is about making connections between how you feel day to day and the key foundations of wellbeing in your life. When you know something needs to change but can't see clearly which lever to pull, that's where I come in. Working collaboratively, we uncover what's getting in the way, find tools and systems that fit your specific life circumstances, and build realistic habits that create lasting momentum - across nutrition, sleep, movement, mindset, work organization, and more. Because health doesn't live in just one place.
